Arif Maknojia is the Founder and CEO of ADM CPA – one of the reputable leading professional services firms in Houston, Texas. He also is a managing member of Esteem Finance since 2011.

Arif began his entrepreneurial accounting practice in 2009 and has held several increasingly responsible regional leadership roles, including lead principal for several of ADM’s significant clients.

Arif previously served as the Treasurer and Supervisory Committee Chairman of the Pioneer Mutual Federal Credit Union from 2008 until 2012 and as a member of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. Before 2008, Arif was a Senior Accountant at Primoris Services Corporation (former Willbros) and served clients in a variety of industries, primarily Oil & Gas.

He has over 15 years of diversified experience serving clients in various industries, including Fortune 500 Companies. Besides accounting and auditing, he has served in many other areas, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, operations along with organizational and strategy matters.

Along with his primary client service roles, Arif has served as Personnel Partner, Practice Development Partner, and Concurring Partner. Arif has served in a variety of firm-wide roles, including the board of directors and treasurer on boards of various nonprofit institutions and credit unions.

He is actively involved with numerous professional, civic, and charitable organizations across Houston, Texas.

Arif has earned a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license from the State of Texas and is a member of the ‘Chartered Global Management Accountant’ and ‘American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.’

Arif was born and raised in India. He moved to the United States for higher education and attended the University of Houston, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting in 2004. Arif is an active alumnus and serves as a member of the C.T. Bauer College of Business. He has also served as a board of directors and treasurer on boards of nonprofit institutions and credit unions in Texas.

Arif lives in Houston, Texas, and is a proud father of two children.
